Vendetta Band
Imagine the surprise
your friends and neighbors will have when,
under the cover of broad daylight,
a rag tag band of musicians
show up at their front door and start singing
Appalachian bluegrass songs.
With all the enthusiasm of “Flamingo Flockers”,
the Vendetta’s purpose is to
elicit donations for your fundraiser.
( basically to play until they’re paid to stop! )
Upon receiving a donation,
The band will depart toward their next … audience.
Once you decide you want to use the Band for your fundraiser, members of your congregation / organization are notified about the possibility of being visited.
Of course, there are ways to insure that the Vendetta’s never show up at all.
“Hush money” can be paid in advance to guard against a visitaion. (Usually $10.00 -20.00)
But once they show up, the “Hush” money (donation) usually goes up.
Secret visitations to an unsuspecting audience can be arranged, as long as the hirer goes along with the band. Great for Birthdays etc.
The band, mostly acoustic, will bring
a sidewalk sign and handbills
to explain to passers-by just what’s going on.
A fun loving group of volunteer musicians,
perfect for fundraising and small parties.
